You may also not know that there are a huge number of celebrities living in and around Conejo Valley, including Britney Spears, Will Smith, Hulk Hogan, Amanda Bynes, and many others. Another thing people may think of when they hear Thousand Oaks is simply “safety.” Having been rated the 4th safest place in America by the FBI, it may be to no wonder! You probably knew about California Lutheran University (CLU). But did you know this university actually has been rated the 14th best university in the Western United States!? American Luxury Limousine has been located in T.O. for over twenty years and operates minor offices in cities throughout Southern California. Some of the regional offices are for example located in Santa Barbara, Palm Springs, Los Angeles, Ventura and in Simi Valley. As the top rated Southern California limo services, American Luxury Limousine also brags the largest fleet of vehicles in SoCal. Some of their vehicles include SUV’s, sedans, party bus alternatives, stretch limos, Hummer limousines and more. The service is also the only provider of limousine rentals in the region to offer an exclusive price-match-guarantee which allows clients to be guaranteed the lowest rates while still traveling in luxury.

6. Seventh-Richest City in the U.S.

You may have heard that Thousand Oaks is a pretty well off place, but did you know just how well off Conejo Valley is? CBS News ranked T.O. as America’s 7th richest city in America in 2013. In 2014, USA Today ranked Thousand Oaks as the 5th wealthiest region in the U.S. NerdWallet ranked Thousand Oaks as America’s 13th richest city in 2016. But what about other areas of the Conejo Valley? As the community of Lake Sherwood is an unincorporated community it doesn’t appear in similar lists, but with a household income of $230,000, it’s over double that of Thousand Oaks ($99,115) and even Westlake Village ($115,000). In 2009, Money Magazine ranked Newbury Park as having the 4th highest median household income in the United States ($107,300). In other words, all the communities of Conejo Valley outranks by far the median household incomes of both California ($61,320) and the United States ($55,775). No wonder we picked Thousand Oaks as the headquarters for our limousine services!

With a homicide rate of 0.8 murders per 100,000 residents for the past ten years, the U.S. murder rate at 6.2/100,000 is over 7 times higher and the California homicide rate at 5.0/100,000 is 6 times higher than the average in T.O. Furthermore, a 2016 report entitled “Safest Cities for Women” by Value Penguin, a financial publication, ranked Thousand Oaks as America’s safest city for women!
